This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds / jewellery for personal consumption, inclusive of, customized and readymade Jewellery. The Website displays diamonds and gemstones that are specifically recommended for the purpose of investment. The Website will also feature the recommendations of a trained diamond consultant, circulate a list of investment grade diamonds and recommend good buys. Recommendations of the consultant are not guaranteed under any circumstances and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss and / or damage suffered by Members who rely on such recommendation.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Every package of jewellery from sgjmjewels will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and properly packed in a temper-proof packing. Even if it is a gold coin, jewellery or solitaire, the item will be delivered in a special sgjm box with all the required certificates. The member will have to mention the address and provide other details of the person, who will make sure to collect shipment during the time of purchase. During the time of placing the order, the member will have to state the complete name of the recipient as it is stated in their photo identification that is approved by the Government. At the delivery destination, the recipient will be required to collect the product and has to provide with any of the below-mentioned identity proofs.

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. Once the order is created, the member can change the shipping address only till the order is actually shipped. If the member would want to change the shipping address, you can contact customer support. If the shipping has been done and then the customer wants to change the address then the shipping charges and the other local charges to resend will be borne by the respective customer.
If the packaging is tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept the deliverable. If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, courier service company will try to deliver the product for a maximum of 3 times. If you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to sgjmjewels.com. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the Member will be chargeable to the member.
Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of courier company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of such product.

Termination of Agreement

The price of diamond and precious stones is subject to availability of the stones and will be based on market trends.
Price of the product is based on the indicated weight and payment shall also be made for the same. If situation arises such that the physical weight of the purchased product is lower than the indicated weight for which the payment is made, the difference of amount corresponding to the difference in weight of the gold will be sent back as a cheque and will be shipped to the customer along with the product. The price of the gold, in this case, is calculated based on the market rate of the gold that prevails on the date and time of the purchase.
